Ticket FAQ

You will be able to pick up your badge anytime after the event begins.  Please bring an ID.

We can accept refunds up to the Wednesday before the event.  There will be no refunds after that date.

We can accept transfers up to the Wednesday before the event.  There will be no ticket transfers after that date.

There is a 6 ticket limit to how many tickets you may purchase to East Meets West.  This limit applies per person, per transaction, per credit card, per billing address, per email address, and per other identifying factors.  Any person or group that exceeds the wristband limit in any way is subject to and at risk of order cancellation and refunding at the discretion of East Meets West and its partners at any time after initial purchase.

This is a public event and we will have a photographer. You may appear in pictures/video recordings. We have full rights to use this media anywhere without seeking your prior or post permissions.
