In addition to the coaching training and certification we will also be your business coach. This is far, far from your average business training, and is certainly unlike anything any of the more mainstream internet marketing gurus are teaching and who we don’t vibe with.

If you’re attracted to people who pose in front of expensive cars that they probably don’t even own, this ain’t for you!

This is based on being willing to put in the work to create an amazing offer, to take your time to bring people into your world, and to enrolling people in a 100% authentic way without any slimy sales tactics.

But let me go a little slower, because that’s what we’re going to make you do, too.

We’re all served by having a weekly checkin about our businesses. We need to get our heads out of the business sometimes to remember why we’re in it and what we can do to work smarter and not harder. Having multiple people to offer insight on a regular basis can’t not help your business, y’all.

You are ready to grow a thriving business:

Perhaps you’re already doing ok, perhaps you’re just getting started, but you’re ready to take it to the next level either way. You’re ready to be held and to hold yourself accountable, to dream big and to make moves that scare you a bit. You are ready to invest in your business and to borrow money if need be in order to get that to happen, whatever you need to do to get your business baby out of your uterus!

You feel lonely in your business:

Building a coaching/healing/therapeutic practice is lonely. There’s no way around that. But it can be way, way less lonely when you’ve got people cheering you on, especially when those people are funny, which I’ve been told I am (could be big if true)!

You want a medium-tech business model:

You aren’t trying to spend your life on the internet and want to figure out how to automate your processes as much as you can, reserving your working hours for connecting with people, building relationships and getting better at what you actually do, but you also aren’t afraid to use all the technological tools out there that will allow you to do a lot more faster and for less money and time invested.

You feel like something is missing:

Getting your business to work requires a lot of moving parts to all work at the same time. Not all of us are the best at managing all that. And even if we are we probably aren’t great at it all the time. This is to fill in the missing part and to make sure it keeps from going missing too long.

THE OFFER

Your offer has to be incredible. You should be scared that you can’t deliver on it. If you’re not, you won’t stand out. You have to go above and beyond for people - if you don’t, they won’t come back to you.

And of course it all depends - some clients are easier than others. You may have extremely busy clients who don’t need as much, and you may have clients who are at the beginning of their journey into spirituality or woo stuff and your sessions might blow them away every time, but those situations won’t always be the case, and there’s always a way to leverage your resources or someone else’s to make more magic than you thought possible happen.

We will work with you to carve out your niche so people understand exactly what you offer and exactly to whom you offer it. Without this your business is toast babes! It doesn’t matter if you know how to do a million things, you just have to work with someone to narrow it down and get clear on what you have the most expertise in and then get people in the door with that, after which you can also make it clear what else you might offer.

MARKETING

We will teach you how to build your coaching business by leveraging organic marketing strategies, coupled with some amount of social media savviness, and by connecting with people individually.

And also by being daring.

Most people are afraid to ask for what they want.

I am not like that and I’m going to make you step out of your comfort zone, too.

I have snuck backstage at conferences to get people like Russell Brand’s contact info. I have directly approached every celebrity I’ve ever encountered (mostly while living in NYC) to see if they wanted to come to my events and 90% of the time I got them to say yes.

You don’t need to do any complex marketing funnels and you don’t need to constantly create content or be on social media all day forever (though depending on where you’re at, you may want to spend some more time at the beginning). We’ll have you create 90 days worth of content that you can then put mostly on autopilot so you can work on the business and not in the business, building your presence through other promotional outlets like podcasts and giving yourself more time to serve people and build through word of mouth. It is totally possible to build a 6 figure coaching business using an organic strategy and even most people who do advise using paid advertising don’t advise doing so until you’re well into the multiple six-figure range.

After you’ve worked with enough people (not before!), we’ll have you determine your niche, making it very clear what you do and who you serve so that people understand what you do and how you do it.

And unique to us among business coaches, we’re going to have you build something that is independent of your own personal brand and market under that umbrella as well, similar to how this is branded under The Alchemy Institute. This has multiple purposes which we will explain more thoroughly in the training - suffice it to say, it’s an extremely effective tool for social media purposes, will increase your organic visibility greatly, and will set you apart dramatically from people who are just marketing as themselves, getting you more visibility + press and making it easier for you to get other people on board with your vision. We’ll spend a good deal of time crafting your concept and considering your branding, working with branding experts and graphic designers to get it off the ground if you aren’t familiar with photoshop or don’t have great branding skills yourself.

The 2 things that matter the most are that you show up in your business and that you are confident, so we make absolutely sure that that is happening first - you will either create a written post/email per day and/or record a video for your various social media feeds, utilizing the structure we give to develop engagement (also utilizing our unique strategies to make all your content more visible and your offer clear). We will help you build your confidence through practice and also through therapeutic work - lack of confidence is almost always related to trauma of some kind, being made to feel less than by a parental figure, or perhaps even a sibling or a friend (or a Regina George figure in high school perhaps).

We gon’ teach you to bring the sass, in a way that’s fun and affirming and unique to who you are without becoming a vainglorious and superficial instagram influencer type.

If you are so inclined, we will then show you how start a group to keep people engaged, start challenges to give people a taste of your work and who you are, and many other strategies to sign clients.

As we grow you’ll have continued access to our evolving marketing strategies, something we keep up to date with and are always experimenting with and paying other marketers to teach us. As new opportunities arise you’ll be the first to know about new strategies or platforms that are working best in addition to our tried and true strategies based on connection and organic growth. You’ll have lifetime access to the business building portion of the platform so as we add features you’ll be alerted even if you aren’t still in the program!


THE ENROLLMENT

You aren’t enrolling clients. You are connecting with a potential lifelong relationship. They aren’t interviewing you. You are interviewing them. And it’s not about making a sale. It’s about making a connection. If the connection is there, the sale will come. If it’s not there, you are morally obligated to refuse the sale.

I’m being bold and emphatic and quite serious about that, because I care far, far more about the quality of your work than the money in your bank account.

You are going to live a long life, and I won’t allow you to build a foundation that is shaky, and this is something I’ve never heard a single other coach discuss, which is why it is coming first.

Coaches are helpers, but most are not psychologists, and I personally think this is extremely dangerous because this means a lot of coaches are unable to assess whether or not they are the right person to help, let alone whether or not the person they are trying to help has an honorable mission that is aligned with the health of the planet.

My students will be encouraged to work with executives and CEO’s, but not of companies that are harming the planet.

We work deeply with signs and symbols, and you’ll get clear signs when something is off and that you aren’t meant to work with someone - I have refused $100,000 clients because my intuition told me to despite feeling quite charmed by them, because I know that my intuition can see things that I can’t.

With all that said, of course we’ll show you how to navigate the enrollment call itself, which we advise making into a 2-hour sample of your work, for many reasons. People don’t buy from a restaurant if they don’t know what’s on the menu, and also it allows you to see whether or not you’d actually like to work with a person or not. It also leads to referrals. And with our unique approach, utilizing astrology and herbs and the various other tools you learn about it, you also gain the skills to set up a separate marketing system where you can offer a paid astrological session that segways into a coaching and enrollment session. Many people will come to you specifically for an astrology reading, so it’s a great tool to get people in the door, and to get paid for an initial session with someone rather than always doing a free 2-hour session with someone. Not everyone understands what coaching is yet but everyone is usually interested in astrology so this opens doors to potential clients that other coaches can’t access.

And for students who already have a well-developed niche and a lot of experience within that niche, we will show you how to create content that does 90% of the selling for you, all but eliminating the need for enrollment calls altogether.

Enrollment calls aren’t hard or complicated when you do a good amount of weeding out through your promotional material, so we want to make sure you’re speaking to your exact audience through your messaging, conveying the exact outcome and the amount of time, energy, upset and money they’ll save by working with you. When you learn how to do that, everything else largely falls into place.
